Sofia Carson: Life

Sofia Daccarett Char is an American actress and singer. She is famous for her role in Descendants (2015). Her first appearance on television was as a guest star on the Disney Channel show, Austin & Ally. She was Evie who was the Evil Queen's daughter, on the Disney Channel Original Movie Descendants. She was in the role of Lola Perez in Adventures in Babysitting and Melanie Sanchez in Tini: The Movie in the year 2016. Carson was born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, to Jose F. Daccarett and Laura Char Carson, who had moved to the area from Colombia. Carson chose to use the name of art "Carson" because of her American maternal grandmother, Lauraine Carson. Carson's mom is related to the Char family, which is a group of Colombian politicians. After that, she went to UCLA where she studied communications, with a minor in French. Sofia Carson danced at MVSA or Maria Verdeja School of the Arts.
